Born May 28, 1953. He studied at the Universidad Nacional de La Plata (UNLP) where he graduated with a degree in Chemistry (Analytical Chemistry Guidance) in 1978 and a Ph.D. in Chemistry, with the same orientation, in the year 1987.
From the year 1975 was devoted to the study of corrosion processes and protection of materials, starting his professional activities in the field of concrete technology. In 1980 he joined the CIDEPINT (Center for Research and Technology Development Paintings) of what is currently Vice-Director and Head of Applied Electrochemical Studies. From 1982 he finalized his income as a teacher of the Faculty of Sciences of the Universidad Nacional de La Plata. He is currently Assistant Professor of Instrumental Analytical Chemistry of the University and Professor of Analytical Chemistry I and II Analytical Chemistry, National University Northwest of the Province of Buenos Aires (UNNOBA). Beginning in 1991, has joined the Scientific Research Career of CONICET (National Council of Scientific and Technical Research), having attained the status of independent investigator.
Disciplinary areas of research include: electrochemistry and electroanalysis applied to problems of corrosion, corrosion of metallic materials in general and painted metal corrosion in particular. To date has published 75 research papers, mostly in international journals and has conducted over 100 presentations at national and international conferences. On several occasions, has acted as guest lecturer by universities, national and international institutes.
